Age 102 of Bayport died peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, March 9 at The Gables at Boutwells Landing. Anne was born December 2, 1913 in Stillwater, Minnesota and graduated from Stillwater High School with the class of 1931. She went to work at the State of Minnesota, Dept. of Motor Vehicles after graduating and remained there until 1947. Anne married Grant W. Larson on May 7, 1946 and they lived in Bayport until Grant's death in 1989. Anne worked as the personal Admin. Asst. for Betty and Bill Hulings from 1963-1968 and retired along with Grant in 1969. Anne moved into Croixdale at Bayport in 1992 and lived there happily for 21 years before moving to The Gables at Boutwells Landing in 2013, where she was very well cared for and lived out her later years in a safe, secure, dignified manner. Anne is survived by her children, Elizabeth (Robert) Babcock of Orland Park, Illinois and Stephen (Susan) Larson of Lakeland Shores; five grandchildren, Amanda and Christina Babcock and Joseph, Trisha and Theodore Larson. A memorial service will be held at 11AM, Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, MN. Gathering one half hour prior to service.
