Passed away unexpectedly on June 28, 2020. Survived by mother, Joyce Gahr; children, Alyssa Gahr, Nathan Gahr,; their mother, Karen Gahr; partner, Lida Ley and her son, Lukas; siblings, George Gahr, Rita Gahr, Linda (William) Graham; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, George Gahr. Thomas worked as a general manager at CRL. He was a published author with an interest in family genealogy and trains. He was an avid reader and learner, and supported his children’s athletic interests. He loved camping and the outdoors. He was a loving father, son and brother, gentle and wise teacher and mentor to many. He brought light into the world and touched the lives of many people. A funeral service for Thomas will be held at 3PM Friday, July 3 at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Drive, White Bear, MN 55127.
