Adam is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Parkin.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Jessica; children, Vada and Jordan; siblings, Chris, Katie (Kevin), and Jared; father, Victor (Carol); step-father, Ron Parkin; nieces and nephews, Eric, Grace, Anna, Micah; and many other relatives and friends.

A gathering to celebrate Adam's life will be held 1-5pm Friday, August 16th at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Stillwater.
