Audre "AL" Clarence Forsland



Dr. A.C. Forsland Al Forsland passed away on the 13th of October, 2005 in River Falls, WI. He was born December 14th 1915 to Harry and Ella (Krause) Forsland in Virginia, MN. He was united in marriage to Dorothy Sorenson on June 28th 1943 in Cheyenne, WY where he was stationed in the army. They lived in Virginia, MN until the early 1950's when they moved to St. Louis, MO where he attended Logan Chiropractic College. After graduation, they moved back to Virginia where he opened a Chiropractic Clinic. In 1976 his wife passed away after a lingering illness. On the 29th of May, 1978 he married Esther Henderson and they resided in the Minneapolis area. The past several years he has lived in an assisted living facility in Bemidji, MN and more recently in a nursing home in River Falls, WI He is survived by his wife, Esther of Cedar Rapids, IA, sons, Kent (Diane) of River Falls, WI, Clyde (Kathryn) of St. Paul Park, MN, and Wayne (Shelia) Henderson of Cedar Rapids, Daughters, January (John) Styles of Drayton, ND, Kathy (Doug) Hinderager of Kelso WA, Vonnie (Jerry) Gauderman of Shell Lake, WI. Son-in-law Warren Petersen. Also 20 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A brother, Lester, his wife Dorothy, a daughter, Wanda and a grandson, Ryan, preceded him in death. The funeral will be held at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in White Bear Lake, MN (one mile West of Hwy 35E) on Monday the 17th of October, at 7:00 p.m. Visitation 5-7 prior to service.
