Croissant, Alberta G, born on March 24, 1928 in Minneapolis; died on February 10, 2004 at the age of 75 in Edina. Preceded in death by husband, Kenneth W. Croissant; parents, Albert and Gertrude Vosen. Survived by son, Bradford Croissant and daughter-in-law, Gloria; sister, Delores Zbikowski and husband, Bill; nephews, Douglas, Curtis and Roger; and by her special friend and caregiver, Quy Sheehan. Despite many health challenges in her life, she always maintained a cheerful disposition. She will be missed by those who loved and cared for her. Private Graveside Service. Visitation Friday, February 13th, 4-8 PM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Avenue South. Family requests fragrances not be worn at the Visitation.
