Alicia Marie Latvala

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Alicia Marie Latvala, who left us on November 15, 2024, at the age of 34. Alicia was born on September 14, 1990, in Minneapolis, MN, and her light will forever shine in the hearts of those who loved her.

Alicia had an infectious smile that could brighten the darkest room, a kindness that touched all who knew her, and a soul that was as beautiful as her spirit. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and girlfriend. Alicia's generosity of heart and warmth will be remembered by all.

Music was Alicia's passion. She had a beautiful voice and an undeniable talent for playing the guitar. Whether she was singing along to her favorite songs or creating her own, Alicia's love for music was a reflection of her deep connection to life, beauty, and emotion.

Alicia leaves behind her loving parents, Lela and Keith Thompson; her older sister, Tc Yarber (Jake Storgaard); her younger brother, Kyle Thompson; her older brother Julian Ortegon her boyfriend Rickey Robinson and her nieces and nephew, Nadiyah, Azalea and Kaiden Storgaard. She is preceded in death but her grandparents Elmer and Cora Yarber, her aunt Cindy Yarber and her uncle Bruce Yarber. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were touched by her incredible presence.

Alicia's spirit will live on in the songs she sang, the love she gave, and the laughter she brought into the lives of those around her. She may be gone from this world, but she will never be forgotten.
