SCHOENROCK
Ann Mary
Age 97 of Oakdale
Beloved mother, grandma, great-grandma
Ann Mary Schoenrock left this world to join her lord and heavenly family on October 4th, 2023. Ann was born April 17th, 1926 to Mario and Concetta Ciaglia (Charles). She left her fingerprints on the lives of so many. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Chester; daughters, Diane Misgen and Sandy Capra; son-in-law, Noel Misgen; and grandson, Kenneth Umpierre, all of whom she missed terribly and had been yearning to reunite with. Ann was one of 13 children. She had experienced numerous heartbreaks over the loss of her siblings, in-laws and dear friends that preceded her in death. What a celebration they must be having now. Her life was exemplified by her love for family.
Ann is survived by her loving children, Joelann (Terry) Strehlo, Robert (Cindy), Tammy (Dan) Zielsdorf; son-in-law, Greg Capra; sister, Marlene (Fran) Blatzheim; brother, Nick (Colleen) Charles; sister-in-law, Jean Charles.
Ann delighted in watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow, and loved them beyond measure. She would light up in their presence. The bond she had with them will be never ending. She will be lovingly remembered by 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. She will also be lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. She was everyone’s “Grandma Ann,”
Our family would like to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude for all the loving care the staff at The Pillars Hospice Home provided to our mom during her time there.
Funeral service will be 11:30am Wednesday, October 11 at BRADSHAW, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, with visitation beginning at 9:30 and luncheon to follow. Memorials to The Pillars Hospice preferred.
We are so grateful for all the life lessons, strength and grace you taught us. We love you!!
