Passed away suddenly on January 8, 2022. Preceded in death by sister Sue Lendway, parents Patricia Becker and Fredrick Lendway. Survived by daughters Michelle (Clayton) Pavlick & Tanya (Rich) Schwab; grandchildren Raelen, Steven, Nicholas, & Ella; sisters Pam Milligan, Marcella Schultz, & Kim Milligan; many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and caregivers. Washington H.S. graduate class ‘74 Long time Rice Streeter with a heart of gold. A lover of nature, fishing, & gardening; cooking & caring for those who needed it the most.

Memorial Service begins at 5PM with potluck dinner to follow as we celebrate the life of Annette Jansen. We ask you to bring a dish of yours to share (preferably, one that Annette enjoyed). Bring a photo of Annette to share if you have one. Most of all, bring your favorite memories of her to share with others as we celebrate the life of Annette.
