Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 5, 2013 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Preceded in death by grandfather, Dean Carlson and grandmother, Jan Urie. He will be sadly missed by parents, John and Carrie; brothers, Frank and Joe; grandmother, Emily Carlson; grandfather Doug (Joyce) Urie and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A celebration of Tony's life will be Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 11 AM at CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURH, 11194 36th St. N. Lake Elmo. Interment Christ Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation Monday, April 8, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater and also one hour prior to the service at church. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Robin's Nest or Cleft Palate Clinic of Children's Hospital in St. Paul.
