Reflective Life:
In memory of Anton Lamont Burnes. Born in St. Louis, MO, to Toni R. Burnes on March 30, 1980.
Anton moved to St. Paul, MN, as a pre-teen and attended school in St. Paul, eventually earning his high school diploma in 2000. While in St. Paul, Anton was taken in by the Clark family, June and Walter, opened their doors to him as he was their own. Anton was a character of St. Paul, for most of his life from Selby/Dale to the Eastside, and touched so many lives. From his standup persona to his heartfelt convos to becoming Wicced. Anton dealt with many obstacles that included time in prison, but that never stopped him from growing mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. Anton was an avid thinker, movie aficionado, entertaining children, and chess player.
In Anton's words- oh you think you're slicker than a can of oil, listen...
Anton is preceded in death by his grandparents, (Ruby Tate and Houston Burnes); mother, (Toni Burnes); aunt, (Tracie Delancy); and uncle, (Frank Tate).
He leaves behind his only child- the love his life- Ashlee L. Burnes; aunts, Ms. Phyllis Alexander and Kim Burnes-Gilleylen both of St. Louis, MO. From St. Paul, MN he leaves to cherish behind June Clark and the Clark family. Also, a great host of extended family and friends.
