Burke, Ardythe Mae
of Stillwater,
Age 94 passed away peacefully on August 7, 2016. Preceded in death by husband of 56 years, Dwaine and parents, Walter and Freda. Survived by sons, Jon and Reid (Valerie); grandchildren, Cary (Anne), Thomas, William, Jason, Lindsay, great-grandchildren, Easton and Kaylee; special cousin, Olive Weatherman; Goddaughter, Susan Terdan and extended family and friends. Born and raised in Scandia, Ardythe went on to raise a family and forge a career in the community of Stillwater. Ardythe was an employee of Andersen Windows in the administrative offices and was actively involved in her community as a long-term member of the Stillwater ladies reading club. Ardythe was generous of heart with a wry sense of humor. Special thanks to the staff at the Friendship Home in Roseville - who treated Ardythe with dignity and respect. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 27th at 11 a.m. at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater with a visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Memorials preferred to the Friendship Home, 947 Lydia Drive West, Roseville, Minnesota, 55113.
