Arthur W. Hane

Age 80 of St. Paul, Minnesota; passed away peacefully on Monday, May 29, 2023.

Art was born March 11, 1943 in St. Paul, where he attended Mechanic Arts High School. He proudly served his country in Vietnam as a Marine, and began his 56-year long career as an iron worker in 1967. He also was a practicioner of martial arts, earning his black belt serving as an instructor.

Art was preceded in death by his parents, Edith and William Hane; siblings, John and Brenda; and great-granddaughter Criscilla Hane.

He is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Parades, Kelli (Kenneth) Mlsna, Cindy (Larry) Puller, and Mary Hane; 8 grandchildren, Alesha Parades, Wayne Parades, Duane Parades, James Hane, Joseph Hane, Davon Massie, Dayton Massie, and Sine Green; 7 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers; 6 sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, June 11 at 12 noon at Bradshaw (1078 Rice St.) with visitation starting at 10am. Luncheon will follow at Union Local 512 (851 Pierce Butler Route) from 2pm to 4pm.

Interment at Fort Snelling at a later date.
