Barbara Louise (Peterson) Klosowsky, 82, passed away peacefully in Stillwater, MN, on November 26th, 2021, from COVID complications. Barbara was born September 24th, 1939 in Minneapolis, MN.
Barb was fun loving, witty and full of life and loved her family and her daughters dearly. She loved traveling. There wasn’t anything she couldn’t do when she put her mind to it. She loved painting and decorating her home, she was an avid pool shooter and she was extremely good! Barb loved playing Words with Friends and was very competitive at it. She was also very proud of knitting hats for the hospital for all of the new babies born. Her favorite past time was watching Hallmark Movies.
Barb worked for Washington County Property Tax Department and then went on to start her own successful cleaning business which took her to retirement.
She was very loved and will be dearly missed.
Barb is survived by her four daughters, Pamela (Marvin) Sanderson, Colleen (Steve) Sutter, Susan (Fred) York and Lori (Brian) Smith. Siblings, Deloris Thron, Roberta Peterson, Kevin (Kelly) Peterson; 5 Grandchildren, 9 Step-Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She is proceeded in death by her parents Irving and Elouise (Day) Peterson, Marvin and Roland Peterson and a Niece, Lori Peterson, Christopher Smith and Michael Thiets.
A celebration of life will be held in the spring of 2022.
