Barbara J. Gardner Lind died at the early age of 67 on January 19th after a long battle of reoccurring breast cancer. Our mom was a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, grandma, cousin and friend.
She loved earrings, pink pigs, gardening and apple orchards.
She loved her travels to warm destinations, somewhere she can drink margaritas on the beach with her toes in the sand.
She loved her grandkids Adelyn and Canaan, to the moon and back - they always made her day.
To my dad, brother and me, she was the most amazing woman we have ever known, she was also a friend to many through out her life.
In her final days, she had many visitors, she may have seemed tired but she enjoyed every minute and was very thankful to every one of you. She especially had wonderful caretakers in her final days. Pat Gardner and Lori Pouti - your love and care did not go unnoticed.
WHAT WOULD BARB DO? But now I ask, what will we do?
Safe travels, Mom.
