Bella Oliva Anderson (Eidsness), 95
Born in a sod house, November 13, 1914 of Ole H. and Anna Eidsness, Bella died peacefully in her sleep January 4, 2010 at Linden Golden Living Center in Stillwater, Minnesota. She grew up in rural Henry, South Dakota and married Merrill E Anderson October 24, 1941. After WWll, Bella and Merrill settled in Richfield, Minnesota where they had three children. She remained a child of her humble beginnings, determined, self-reliant, frugal, and gracious.
Bella was preceded in death by husband Merrill, daughter Melba Wolner and son Daniel. Brothers, Hans and Arthur, twin sister Berdelle Schmidtkunz and sister Selma Landsburger also preceded her. She is fondly remembered by brother Leif Eidsness of Henry, son Paul Anderson of Stillwater, Minnesota and grand children Kyle, Kami and Kasia Anderson, Teri Parades and Nick Wolner.
Service Monday, 11:00 A.M. at WOODLAKE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7525 Oliver Avenue South. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Memorials are preferred to Stillwater Lakeview Hospice Fund.
