Of Stillwater. Passed away peacefully, April 10, 2010, surrounded by her children. Preceded in death by husband, Norman C. Peterson. Loving mother of Steve Thompson (Colleen Briggs), Cory Thompson, Jeff Thompson (Xian Chen) and Diane Sawyer (Richard). Also survived by daughter-in-law, Sandy Thompson; 17 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; brothers, Duane Peterson and Clarence (Jewel) Peterson; many nieces, nephews and loving friends. A celebration of Betty's life will be Tuesday, 11:30 A.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater. Interment Fairview Cemetery. Visitation Monday (TODAY), 5:00-8:00 P.M. and also one hour prior to the service. Memorials are preferred to Lakeview Hospice or American Cancer Society.
