Age 97, of New Hope, formerly of Roseville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family May 1, 2022.
Beulah was born in 1924 in Thief River Falls to Ole and Olga Lerol. She moved to the Twin Cities in her early 20s, where she met the love of her life, Frank, in the bridal party of mutual friends. They shared over 70 years of dedicated love and affection until Frank’s death in 2019. They established their home in Roseville where they raised their children and lived until 2015. Beulah had a long and fulfilling career at 3M until she retired in 1985. She and Frank spent their retirement years travelling the world; visiting many places including Hawaii, Alaska, Hungary, Austria and China. They especially loved getting away from the Minnesota cold, landing in warmer waters through the long winters. Beulah transitioned to memory care at St. Therese in 2017 where she was well cared for and loved by the staff. She will be deeply missed.
Preceded in death by husband, Frank; parents, Ole and Olga; and 8 siblings.
She is survived by children, Deborah (Vern Swing) and Frank III (Michelle); grandchildren, Kelsey and Kyle Swing and Jill and Frankie IV; brother, Orlin Lerol; sister-in-law, Elinor Lerol; and a host of nieces and nephews.
