Age 84, passed away in hospice care on February 22nd, 2018. Preceding her in death was her beloved husband of 65 years, Leonard Turnquist. Billie and Len were avid golfers and enjoyed playing in both Minnesota and Arizona.
She is survived by her two sons, Kevin Turnquist (Susan), Kurt Turnquist (Jeanne) grandchildren Chapin Stitt, Henry Turnquist, Emma Turnquist ( Kyle Zigelsky), Courtney Turnquist, Jacqueline Turnquist, and great-grandson Arne Zigelsky.
Private family service is being planned. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to charity of one's choice.
