Captain U.S. Navy, Ret. Age 88 of Oak Park Heights passed away August 22, 2012. Preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Hilda; sisters, Helen Steen and Marjorie Ashbach. Survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Bea; nieces and nephews. Carl enjoyed a long and honorable Navy career. His gentle spirit will be missed by all who knew him. Memorial service 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, August 29. The SWANSON CHAPEL, BOUTWELLS LANDING, 5600 Norwich Parkway, Oak Park Heights. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery.
