Retired St. Paul Police Officer, life-long member and past National Commander of the M.O.P.H., 1964-65 and former President of the Police Federation. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Betty Jean; children, Pamela Jean, Carl Anthony, Jr., Carlene Wells (Dennis), Rita (Mattie), Paul, Francene Reiter (John), and Bonnie Rocchio (John); 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. Memorial Mass, Wednesday at 12:00 Noon at St. Adalbert's Church, Galtier St. and Charles Ave., St. Paul.
