Age 57 of Stillwater
passed away September 1, 2010
She was preceded in death by parents David and Rachel Wyer and first husband Joseph Franke Rumsey IV. Caroline was a graduate of Minnetonka High School and Western State College where she received degrees in art and education. She served as a volunteer with the Junior League of Oklahoma City and with the Hazelden Foundation and The Retreat, where she committed her time and skills to helping individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction. For 12 years she worked alongside her husband running a consulting business for non-profit organizations. She is survived by husband of 18 years, Robert Bruce Binger; sister, Lucy Wyer; brothers, David and Glenn Wyer and step-mother Joan Wyer; nieces, Sydne, Erin and Isabel Wyer and Ellie Douglass; nephews, Sam, Mathew and Aidan Wyer and nephews, Mason and Reed Douglass. Caroline was a true and gentle woman of exquisite distinction who lived for her friendships and the opportunity to give to others. She taught all who knew her that if you have love you need nothing else, and if you don't, it doesn't matter much what else you have. She was an inspiration for the many friends and relatives who loved her and lived each day with grace and kindness. She will be forever remembered for, her sparkly green eyes, mane of red, red hair and dazzling smile. Her credo: live simply, love generously, care deeply and speak kindly. Service will be held, Sunday, September 26 AT 11am at Bradshaw Celebration of Life, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater, MN (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Co Rd. 5).
