Charles Farrow, Age 77 of Maplewood
On February 7, 2024, with his wife by his side, Charles stepped into the arms of his Heavenly Savior. He is rejoicing in Heaven, free of pain and suffering.
He will be deeply missed by those who survive him: his wife of 37+ years, Maridee Farrow; son, Richard Farrow; daughter-in-law, Denielle Farrow; grandchildren, Lilian Grace, Benjamin Charles, Samuel Patrick; brother, William (Pauline) Farrow; aunt, Theresa Ward; nephews, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Monica Farrow; brother, Ronald Farrow; sister, Jacqueline Farrow.
Charles embodied a philosophy of service, beginning with his career in the Minnesota Army National Guard. He employed his photography and videography skills on mission trips with Maridee to Ukraine, Argentina, India, and Panama to name a few. Together they worked as advocate staff at Crescent Project. Even while he lived with chronic illness, Charles was eager to share his faith with others, and remained active in small group ministry for as long as he was able.
Although they were separated by distance, he loved every opportunity to connect with family members whether by video, phone, mail or an in-person visit.
Memorial service will be 11:00am Monday, February 19, 2024 at First Evangelical Free Church, 2696 Hazelwood St. Maplewood, with visitation one hour prior. Memorials preferred to church.
