Charles Joyce

Charles Joyce, age 82, went to the loving arms of Jesus on September 18, 2018. He was surrounded in his last moments on earth by his family, including his wife of 62 years, Margot. He is also survived by his children, John (Jenny) Joyce, Kerri (Bob) Reynertson; grandchildren, Dan (Amanda) Joyce, Josh (Ashley) Joyce, David Joyce, Ashlyn (Wayne) Melanson, Eric (Carissa) Reynertson, Shane Reynertson, Sean Reynertson; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Caleb, Rebecca, Brooke, Samuel, Deagan, Brendan, Maisie; siblings, Jim Joyce, Betty Mellado, Dorothy Joyce, Charles Joyce and sister Dorothy Penl (Alan). Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Ada Joyce; grandson, Matthew Joyce; three great-grandchildren; his siblings, Frank, Reece, Mary Teasdale, Bill, Edna.

Chuck served two years in the United States Army, and retired from a career in the United States Postal Service. He was a member of Carpenters for Christ, spent six years volunteering with SOWERS volunteer ministry, and was a faithful church worker. He loved his Lord.

A private family service will be held; interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
