Preceded in death by parents, Archie & Harriet, brother, Archie R. and sister, Sharon DeCarlo. Charlie was employed by the City of St. Paul Park and Recreation. A special thank you to Sean and Tim for your tender love and care to Uncle Charlie. Service Tuesday at 7PM at BRADSHAW, 1078 Rice Street. Visitation starting at 4PM until the time of the service.
