Otte, Charles E. - Of St. Paul On July 4, 2005 Charles died of lung cancer early Monday morning with his loving family by his side. He is survived by his mother, Phyllis; wife of 39 years, Roberta; and children Kimberly ( Kevin), Kelly, Kristy, and Kevin; grandchildren Kaitlyn and Kane. He was a friend to many in the neighborhood, at the cabin and at work. He will be remembered for his accomplishments in restaurant design, his never ending home improvement projects, and his dry sense of humor. As a husband and father he will always be remembered for his unique ways of showing his love. Charles touched many lives and will be greatly missed. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, 11:00 AM at CHURCH OF SAINT MATTHEW, corner of Hall and Robie, St. Paul. Visitation one hour prior to service at church. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery.
