Swanson, Charles "Chuck"
Age 81, of Balsam Lake, WI and Mesa, AZ, formerly of Stillwater, MN. Passed away suddenly on December 13, 2013. Preceded in death by parents, Clayton and Dorothy; and brother, Dennis. Survived by wife of 54 years, Helen; children, Jay (Renee), Jim and Lori; grandchildren, Beth, Kristen and Scott; sister-in-law, LuVerne Kleven; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Chuck was a former Washington County Administrator and Highway Engineer. He was a member of Stillwater Rotary and Knights of Columbus, Balsam Lake Landscaping Committee and Balsam Lake Rehabilitation District and Lake Association, and was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church.

Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, December 23, 2013, 11:00 A.M. at OUR LADY OF THE LAKES CATHOLIC CHURCH, Balsam Lake. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Stillwater, MN. Visitation Sunday, December 22, 2013, 3:00-5:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater, MN, and also one hour prior to the Mass at church.

Memorials are preferred to Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church or American Heart Association.
