Cory was a proud father of two children, Paisley Fay (13) and Dutch (8). He enjoyed going to his children's sporting events, music concerts, and taking them for rides on his motorcycles, jet skis, and skiing. He loved adventure and traveling. Cory wasn't afraid to try anything. He owned his own business, All Pro Stucco, for 10 years. He resembled his dad in many ways. He was an artist and improv comedian, and loved music, dancing, and singing with his family. He always loved to learn.

Cory is preceded in death by his parents, Gary and Fay Lemke.

He is survived by his two children, Paisley Fay Lemke and Dutch Winter Espelien; and their mother, Hayley Espelien; 5 siblings, Teresa (Mark) Topel, Tim (Shelby) Lemke, Tony (Leanne) Lemke; Anna Carol Lemke, and Joe (Chelsey) Lemke; nieces and nephews, Jared Hill, Jade Roland, Eva Lemke, Ivan Lemke, Caroline Lemke; and 14 uncles and aunts; and 55 cousins.

A Celebration of Cory's Life will be held at 3pm on Saturday, November 26th at Bradshaw, 3131 Minnehaha Ave, Minneapolis, with visitation beginning at 1pm.
