Cynthia Di Giandomenico, M.D., 35, of Afton, MN, USA, formerly of Montreal, QC, Canada, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022, in the wake of a high-risk pregnancy. She was preceded in death by her son, Samael and twin sister, Sabrina: now reunited and free. She is gone too soon, but was always a good test taker.
A dual citizen of the USA and Canada, she remained a proud Canadian, and even more so, of her Italian heritage: fluent in English, French and Italian. Her intelligence, drive and ability to connect with people made her a sought after Psychiatrist, and catalyzed many precious friendships and familial bonds - including the unlikely duo that is Cin + Joe: the love of a lifetime. Noi Per Sempre.
Cin was unwavering in her Catholic faith, and love for her family. Her dream of her own Nuclear Family was stolen in the same way as her firstborn son: on a ventilator, at the hands of incompetents she had to trust in her hour of need.
Cinzia is deeply missed by her loving husband of 9 years, Joseph Kurian; children, Enzo and Anna; parents Eneldo Di Giandomenico and Laura Arnoldo; parents-in-law, Rajiv Ittyerah and Nirmala Kurian; brother, Alessandro Di Giandomenico; and many other family and friends.
