Dale Warner Williams
Age 87, of Eagan, MN, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on the morning of May 12, 2023. He was reunited in heaven with his wife, Eileen of 65 years and daughters, Lisa and Lynae.
Dale was born to Nathan and Freda Williams in Graceville, Minnesota on July 22, 1935. He met his sweetheart and future wife, Eileen while still attending high school. After graduating, Dale served in the Army and later began work in the Twin Cities for North Central Airlines. He and Eileen lived and raised their family in Eagan, MN for over 50 years.
Dale was a Christian and put his trust in the Lord. He was always involved in his church including attending Bible Studies and tending the community garden.
Dale was such a sweet, kind, loving and supportive man to all of his family and friends. He could strike up a conversation with just about anyone. He was a great listener and made everyone feel important.
Dale had many hobbies and interests. He was an excellent gardener, enjoyed woodworking, painting ceramics for his family, and putting together puzzles. He loved camping, golfing, fishing and birdwatching. He was always on the go, eagerly attending his grandchildren's many activities and helped any way he could.
He is survived by his three children, Lori (Mark) DeVries, Lary (Tammy) Williams, Ladona Settell; 22 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Dale’s life will be Tuesday, May 30, 2023, 11:00 A.M. at First Evangelical Free Church, 2696 Hazelwood Street, Maplewood with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment Rutherford Cemetery, Stillwater.
