Passed away peacefully at home on June 18, 2021. Preceded in death by parents, Terry & Janice Hayes. Survived by brother, Scott Hayes; sister, Debra (Gene) Hunt; son, James Hayes; niece, Jade Hunt; nephews, Daneil and Domenic Hayes and many other relatives and friends. Service Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 11AM at BRADSHAW, 1078 Rice St. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment Oakland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
