Preceded in death by parents; two brothers; daughter, Terry; niece; two nephews. Survived by wife, Annette; sons, Bryan, Bradley (Amy), Brent (Stephanie); daughter, Dawn (John) Brady; sisters, Diane (David) Thoelke, Dorothy Dakin; 9 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren. Special thanks to the staff at Regions Hospital for their excellent care. Visitation 4-8PM Friday and one hour prior to service the following day. Funeral service 11AM Saturday at BRADSHAW, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Mounds Park United Methodist Church or Stillwater Courage Center.
