David Pederson

Age 71, of Brooklyn Park, owner of Donlyn Manufacturing Corporation in Fridley, MN. An honest and well respected businessman. Member of Servant of Christ Lutheran Church, David passed away peacefully on April 22, 2011 after a courageous 3 year battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis and Cancer. Preceded in death by parents, Leonard J. and Dolores E. Survived by loving wife of 48 years, Kathryn; children, Michael Pederson, Debra Smythurst, Rebecca (Greg) Miller and Lisa (Greg) Hanson; 8 grandchildren, Nicole, Zachary, Elijah, Gabriel, Noah, Ethan, Cal and Tyler; siblings, Joyce (Kermit) Roberg, Dennis (Julie) Pederson and Diane Pederson. David will be best remembered for his kind heart and his wonderful sense of humor. He was a much loved, awesome son, husband, father and grandfather. His children and grandchildren were the center of his life. David is in heaven, sitting on the 50 yard line watching the Vikings win a Super Bowl. Service Tuesday, 10:00 A.M. at SERVANT OF CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH, 740 E. Hayden Lake Road, Champlin. Interment Champlin Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to the service at church.
