Age 49, of Bayport, passed away July 18, 2011 after a 3 year courageous battle with cancer. He will be sadly missed by daughters, Kirsten and Michaela; parents, Burt and Claudette; sisters, Deborah (John) Gassert, Jody (Kurt) Williams; nieces, Cassie (Matthew) Jacobs, Stephanie (Scott Paul) Gassert; nephew, Kyle Williams. David was a Minneapolis Police Officer for over 25 years. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 11:00 A.M. at CHURCH OF ST. MICHAEL, 611 South Third Street, Stillwater. Family will receive friends following the Mass at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
