Christopher "DJ Fiegel", age 45 of Little Canada, passed away on November 22, 2021. He is survived by his daughter, Taylor (Joe) Rekow; grandson, JJ Bohnen; parents, Vance (Lisa) Fiegel, Jana Keena, Mary (Mike) Bauman-Burke; grandmother, Jeannette Overkamp; siblings, Erik Fiegel, Robert Keena, Heather Keena, Tanner Franz, Stephanie Franz; aunt, Jill Lacey; many cousins; and a huge group of friends. He was preceded in death by stepfather, John Keena; grandfather, James Overkamp; grandmother, Dolores Fiegel; uncles, Joseph Overkamp and Kyle Lacey.
A 1994 graduate of Totino Grace, Chris was a two-letter football player who also boxed at the Rice Street Gym. He went on to play semi-pro football for the Stallions and coached in the North Metro Junior Football League. He was interested in old hot rods, and invested hours in his 1940 pickup. Chris was the kind of person who knew everyone, and was quick to help any friend or stranger in need. His work as a DJ was well-suited for his big personality. Most important to Chris, though, was his family. He loved them with every bit of his huge heart.
Memorial service will be 1pm Tuesday, November 30 at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Drive, White Bear, with visitation beginning at 11am. Reception will follow at the Village Sports Bar, 3600 Hoffman Rd, White Bear Lake.
