Dolores died on December 21, 2014 and will be spending Christmas in Heaven. She was born to the late Jacob and Winifred Rockstroh in St. Paul on August 7, 1918. On April 12, 1943 Dolores and the late William Watters Sr. were married at First Free church. They were blessed with three children, William (Karen) Watters Jr., Wynne Lou (Dennis) Hurlbut, and Chris (Chuck) Quistad. She has nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sister, Margie Skon-Miller, nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jacob Rockstroh, and great-granddaughter, Kelli Renee. Funeral services will be at FIRST EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH, 2696 Hazelwood St., Maplewood on Friday, December 26th at 11 AM. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery following the luncheon. Gathering of friends and family one hour prior to the service. Dolores' family would like to thank New Harmony Care Center for the loving care she received.
