Longtime resident of the West Side; Korean War Veteran; many years of service at St. Matthews Church. Don was a kind and gentle man who will be greatly missed by family and friends all over the West Side. His many contributions will not be forgotten. Preceded in death by parents, Anna & Leon and brothers, Virgil & Herb. Survived by children, Gerald Anderson, Mark (Linda) Anderson, Ann (Tony) Lucas; sister, Lois Ballhagen; grandson, Tony Lucas, Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Liz & Keith Dawson for their care over the years. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 12noon at CHURCH OF ST. MATTHEW, corner of Hall and Robie. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 4-8PM at BRADSHAW, 488 Humboldt at Wabasha and one hour prior to Mass at the church.
