Age 78 of Roseville. Passed away peacefully August 2 with family present. Rice Street Businessman (Pipe Line Oil Co.) for over 50 years. Sponsored many North End Bowling Teams and Sports Teams. "Avid golfer" and sport enthusiast. 1965 St. Paul Winter Carnival Titan.
Preceded in death by daughter, Karen. Survived by loving wife of 55 years and best friend, LaVerne; children; Kathleen (Richard) Donahue, Mike (Kim), David, Donna (Dean) Pennas; grandchildren; Molly, Mat, Jason, Jordan, Amanda and Amy; sisters, Dolores Grundtner and Elaine Zemke; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial Monday 10:30 a.m. at the CHURCH OF SAINT BERNARD, 197 W. Geranium. Interment, Roselawn. Visitation Sunday 3-8 p.m. with Vigil Service 7 p.m. and additional visitation Monday 9-10 a.m. at BRADSHAW 1078 Rice Street at Magnolia.
