Donald Kranz

Donald Roy Kranz, age 78, of Minneapolis, MN, died peacefully on April 17 2016, at the Edina Care Center, Edina, MN. He was born in Montevideo, MN to his parents William E. Kranz, Jr. and Luella M. (Whalen) Kranz on December 14, 1937.
After graduation from South High School in Minneapolis, Donald worked and retired from Sears Roebuck company in Minneapolis. He enjoyed fishing, coin and stamp collecting and working on collector cars. He also provided love and care for his parents as they aged.
Donald is survived by his loving sister Ruth M. Kraemer of Madison, WI. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins who loved him very much.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother; a brother Robert Kranz and sister in law Donna Kranz, and infant brother Billy.
There will be a private service for the immediate family and interment in Madison, WI at Sunset Memory Gardens where his brother Bob and sister in law Donna are buried.
