Donald Wallace Olson

age 85, of Mpls., passed away on Oct 26, 2016. Survived by Hazel his wife of 60 years; children, Shelley (William) Doneshefsky, Larry (Patricia) Olson, and Wendy (Justin) Kerwick; grandchildren, Alex and Sasha Doneshefsky, Emily and Ellen Kerwick.

Donald was a Korean War Veteran and a 40 year employee of the City of Mpls. Dad was an avid hunter who was at home in both duck blinds and forests. He was a lifelong fisherman who spent many enjoyable summers at his cabin in Perham catching dinner. Dad instilled a love of the outdoors in his children and grandchildren. We will miss his humor and wit.

Funeral Service 10:30 AM Friday, November 4 at BRADSHAW, 3131 Minnehaha Avenue South, Minneapolis. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
