Survived by her husband of 54 years, James V. Commander, her son Lance V. Commander (wife; Sonja) and her 4 grandchildren, Mackinley and Kari Commander and Malin and Peyton Ek. Preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle D. Commander-Ek. Donna was born in Duluth, MN and graduated from Central High School. Stylish and fun, she enjoyed bringing people together and creating memorable family traditions. She loved hunting for treasures at art shows and garage sales or just sitting on the deck, peacefully watching the birds on the lake. She was well loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life on November 25, 1-3 PM at the BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 4600 Greenhaven Drive, White Bear Lake.
