Age 82, of Woodbury, and formerly of Rice Street.

Passed away June 15, 2004. Preceded in death by beloved son, ?Jackie?; parents; sisters; and brother. Survived by loving husband John of 62 years; daughters, Kathleen (Joseph) Yankovec, Peggy (Donald) Telin; and Carol Ann; grandchildren, John (Heidi) Yankovec, Joseph Yankovec, Jim Telin; great-grandchildren, Brianna and John B. Yankovec; brother, John (Shirley) Gangl; sister-in-law Angella Geraghty. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Dorothy also leaves behind many friends from Rice Street, North End Elementary, Treasure Island, Woodbury, and St. Ambrose Church. Dorothy was born in Buckman, MN. She grew up in St. Paul where she attended St. Bernard?s Grade School, Washington High School, and St. Bernard?s Business College. Dorothy was a member of the Catholic Aid Association for many years. She retired after 28 years as a Teacher?s Aide at North End Elementary. A special thank you to the staff and caregivers at Woodwinds Hospital.



Mass of Christian Burial is Thursday 11:00 AM at CHURCH OF SAINT BERNARD 197 West Geranium, St. Paul. Visitation one hour prior to service at church. Memorials are preferred to St. Bernards Schools. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
