Passed away peacefully on August 16, 2014. Preceded in death by husband James, sisters Alice and Gert and brother Rudy. Survived by her loving children, Tom and Mary Anne; many nieces and nephews. Edna was born in Lake Elmo and a lifelong citizen of the town. She was a true good neighbor. She served faithfully her entire life church and community. A faithful member of Christ Lutheran Church, Edna regularly volunteered in numerous capacities including years singing in the choir. She also contributed to the community in countless ways including service as city clerk for the village of Lake Elmo for many years. Memorial Service Saturday, August 23rd at 11AM with a time to reminisce with photos an hour prior to the service at
CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH, 11194 36th Street North, Lake Elmo. A reception to follow the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are welcome to Christ Lutheran Church or Health East Hospice Foundation.
