Edward E. "Ed" Iserman

Age 77, passed away peacefully January 9, 2025. 

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Lois; sons, Dan Iserman and Daryl Iserman; granddaughters, Taryn and Theresa; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, John (Shelly); sister, Julie (Steve) Brundle. Ed is also survived by his wonderful loving nieces, nephews and in-laws. Ed’s nephew called him “Magic Uncle Ed” because he always had a band aid in his wallet for any scrapes or falls.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Kathleen Iserman; and brothers, Gerald “Jerry” and George Iserman.

Ed had a passionate spirit for all things Minnesota sports, proudly cheering for his beloved teams—the Twins, the Wild, and the Vikings. He enjoyed the thrill of attending a Viking Super Bowl, creating lasting memories that he would recount with laughter for years to come. An avid lover of the great outdoors, Ed found joy in hunting, fishing, and enjoying nature's beauty. In his later years, he delighted in golfing with a close-knit group that included his brother, son, brother-in-law, nephew, and loyal friends.

A nostalgic nod to his adventurous spirit, Ed's favorite number was 42—the same number he emblazoned on his race car during his racing days with his brother, which even led to the thrill of winning a trophy while living in New Hampshire. His zest for life and love for sports will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Memorial service Thursday, February 6, 2025, 11:00 A.M. at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater with visitation one hour prior to the service.
