Edward K. Palm of Mahtomedi, MN formerly of White Bear Lake died peacefully on November 22, 2006. He was born in St. Paul, MN on May 12, 1932 to Albert and Esther Palm. He was preceded in death by his brother Al Palm, sister Betty Borgstrom and son Peter. He is survived by children Pam (Tom) Rasmussen, Susie (Ted) Meads, Tim (Katie) Palm; daughter-in-law Holly Palm; 10 grandchildren: Blake, Alex, Laine, Ellie, Annie, Cole, Max, Tristan, Chase and Preston; brother Carl (Lois) Palm, brother-in-law Dick Borgstrom, sister-in-law Norma Palm and many special cousins, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. Ed was a Korean War U.S. Navy veteran and was honorably discharged in 1955. Ed was very active in many volunteer activities including Habitat for Humanity, Car Care Ministry and St. Andrew?s Lutheran Church. Ed was active in the Roseville Senior Softball League and enjoyed playing golf. Ed was a long time member of the St. Andrew?s Choir. Ed was a truly kind, caring and generous man who had a deep faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and loved his family. Visitation with the family will be at 6:00PM on Friday, December 1, 2006 at St. Andrew?s Lutheran Church, Hilton Trail and Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi, MN. A Memorial Service will follow at 7:00PM. Memorials preferred to St. Andrew?s Lutheran Church.
