On April 26, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Ruth Jolly. Survived by siblings, Doug (Linda), Gail (Don) Tatreau, and Dean; nieces, Nicole, Amber and Abby; and many dear friends. Elaine grew-up in White Bear Lake, then went off to college. She attended schools in Duluth, Chicago, and the University of Minnesota, earning a M.A. She worked for Hennepin County for many years and made many long lasting friends along the way. She liked to travel with family and friends. One of her favorite places was the North Shore. Elaine loved to read and belonged to a book club. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing and painting. She was very creative. Elaine had a special place in her heart for her dogs and her nieces, probably in that order. Gathering of family and friends Thursday, 5-8 P.M. at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Drive at Highway 96 (one mile west of 35E), White Bear. Prayer Service at 7 P.M.
