Elizabeth Klein

Klein, Elizabeth ("Betty") Mayes, age 96, of Inver Grove Heights, MN, passed peacefully on May 21, 2014. She is survived by her son, Bruce (Sylvia Nichols); daughter Pam McAlister (Gary Stoos); grandchildren Christopher (Val) and Meghan McAlister; Lowen (Jason Ross) and Damon (Bushra) Klein; great grandchildren Lexus, Sydney, Kelsey and Connor McAlister; Soren and Lola Ross; and Zain Klein.

Preceded in death by husband Donald; son-in-law Clyde McAlister; daughter-in-law Lola Klein; and siblings Dorothy, Edith and Herbert.

Betty was born in New Jersey and moved to Minnesota in 1953. She lived in Deephaven until 2002, when she and Donald moved to Timber Hills in Inver Grove Heights.

A special thanks to all her caregivers at Timber Hills and to the staff at Southview Acres TCU for the loving care shown to Betty and her family over the years and in her final days.

Memorials may be sent to the National Center for Homeopathy, 1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102. A private memorial service will be held later this summer.
