Ellyn Jean Morton

October 16, 1929 - February 9, 2024

Loving mother, wife, grandma and great-grandma.

Raised in Chicago and graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Interior Decorating. 

United in Marriage to Eldon Morton by her father-in-law, Edgar Morton on Valentine's Day, February, 14, 1951. 

A strong and faithful woman who loved her United Methodist Church women's groups, book clubs, Bible studies, gratitude journals, and prayers. 

She enjoyed reading, games, especially Yahtzee, traveling, summers at the cabin in Hayward, and sharing laughter with her family. 

She is survived by her three children, Jeanne (Neal), John (Beth) and Bob; grandchildren Sarah, Mikaela, Marissa, Becca, Jenna (Jorge), Sam, Ben, Hannah, Jess, Mia, and Jack; and her great-granddaughter, Willow.
