Survived by 7 children, Kathleen (Wendell Anderson), Lisa (Bruce Stanger), Helen (Will Heppner), William (Robyn), Pete (Martha), Linnea (Kurt Cyrus) and John (Jill); 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Margaret DeWolf. Interred at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. A celebration of Elsie's life will be Thursday, July 27, 2017, 2:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater. Fellowship and reception will follow the service. Special thanks to the staff at St. Anthony Park Home for their loving care. Memorials may be sent to the Salvation Army.
