Died peacefully on December 3 at Marian Center. Preceded in death by beloved husband, Nicholas T.; grandson, Frank Raymond Gerten; parents, Joseph and Maria Nicole Pasquale; brother Nicholas and sister, Teresa Del Fiacco. Elsie was a beautiful talented woman with a ready smile and a kind and generous nature. She will be sadly missed by daughter, Joan E. Gerten; grandsons, Nicholas (Diane) Gerten and Samuel (Stephanie) Gerten; great-grandson, Benjamin Milo Gerten and by other relatives and dear friends. Former member of St. Ambrose of St. Paul. Member of Madonna Del Assunta Society, Columbus Memorial Association, Forever 55 Club of St. Jerome Catholic Church and RSVP Mitten Makers. 17 year retiree of 3 M. The family wishes to thank the Marian Center staff who cared for Elsie in her final days. Their skill, gentleness, joyfulness and acceptance made mother?s journey easier for her and for us. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 10 a.m. at the CHURCH OF ST. JEROME, 380 East Roselawn Ave., Maplewood. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. Visitation Monday 3 ? 7 p.m. at BRADSHAW. Additional visitation 1 hour prior to mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
