Swanson; great-grandson, Christopher Howard Kellogg; sisters, Mildred Faust, Alice Bernhardt and Ruth Krebs. Survived by children, Roger (Gaynelle), and Esther (Martin) Kellogg; grandchildren, Steven, Lynne and Philip Swanson, Joseph, Douglas, William, and Jeannine Kellogg; great-grandchildren, Evan, Ellyn, and Erin Swanson, Sarah and Ian Kellogg. Memorial Service Tuesday 2:00 PM at GLORIA DEI LUTHERAN CHURCH 700 Selling Avenue South, St. Paul. Memorial Gathering, one hour prior to service at church. Memorials preferred to University of Minnesota Foundation, Carl and Ethel Swanson Scholarship Fund. 200 Oak Street S.E. Suite 500, Mpls. MN 55455. Interment Dunnell, Minnesota.
